At 101 Dania Beach, there are one-time fees that include an application fee of $125 per applicant, an admin fee of $350, and a pet fee of $500 per pet plus a dog DNA fee of $50 per dog. There is a trash fee of $25/month, pet rent of $30/month and pest control fee of $7/month.

To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. The easiest way is through the Resident Portal page or the Resident Portal mobile app. Visit the community website and select 'residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal mobile app on your favorite android or apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the third day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month.
